I always greet a fellow runner - after all, we have alot in common, especially when we are both out before sunrise. More often than not however, I am thinking : are my lips too dry? If I quickly lick them, would the guy think I'm hitting on him, or worse, that I'm weird. Is my gait ok? blah blah blah...
I wish these postings were not so short. It almost sounds like I have lost interest in this thing. It is not the case. I think its because I am trying to get my head around a few changes and am running just to keep sane and to give me a few hours off from the rest of my life. "Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough gleams that untravelled world". Anyway...
9.75 miles this am. Just under 16km.
25 freezing laps in the pool to wind down.
Beautiful weather. This was easy!

14 easy ones this am - about 25km. I was much much slower than I usually am - didnt mind though since it was nice to be outdoors for a couple of a hours this morning. I have been fuelling with alot of very rich Indian food for the past 4-5 days. It has provided me with excellent fuel - but definately feeling the effects of it. The thing is, I tend to eat less, but its very very rich. Make sense?
Anyway, many things in the pipeline this month - especially around the time of sundown :-)

I experimented with taking 2 eelctrolyte pills before I started this morning. No need to dssiolve, just swallow like a pill, followed by water - didnt lose as much salt anymore. (I took 2 an hour before my run with plenty of water. You can also take 2 every hour that you workout - I havent done this yet since I dont run with water)
900 laps on the stairs - 95 minutes.

Not-so-yuck anymore Sunday!
Woah! 18.75 glorious miles this morning.
Ran 7 in a summer storm - with the wind literally blowing me away. I stopped for shelter around 5-ish minutes before I decided that it was a waste of time. The rain stopped after 45 minutes or so - not too bad.
Took me just a touch under 150 minutes.
This is my last run of this distance - I promise!
Weighed in at 116 pounds. Please dont change for atleast another 3weeks!!
