Ran 6.3 miles yesterday.

This morning was 10 rounds of a 1.3km loop.
I sort of came up with this to finish yesterday's blurb around my 5th round. Loops make me loopy!!

I love the way we communicate, when your eyes focus on my funny lip shape. Sometimes I hear my voice and its been silent all these years when my screams get lost in a paper cup. You convince me theres a heaven where the screams have gone. I think the sky is falling.
