I am surviving on pure adrenaline at the moment. Only got home at 2 this morning - almost 24hrs of non-stop being on my toes. *Slept* two hours and was out the door by 5am for 7 miles and 40 by 9 flights of stairs. The stairs took me about 7-ish minutes. I am headed out for some junk food - *slurp* - chaat here I come!
Have 4-ish miles on tap this pm. I really want to do an all-out run. Perhaps this will be it? Not sure. At the moment I am just doing 'junk miles' to keep my sanity.
I cant wait for some stability!
So, timed 4-ish miles to go. Somehow writing it down makes me want to do it and report back.

UPDATE!!
I did 3.5 miles instead. I had severe cramping in my tummy - serves me right for having copious amounts of yogurt at lunch - I am lactose-intolerant. Anyway, it wasnt fast at all but atleast its done. I will chalk today as my 'junk mile day'. I just ran to keep the legs moving. I hope to get some decent sleep tonight - atleast 8 hours. Too many demands, too little time. I am under alot of pressure from everywhere. Oh well, atleast I run it off - not many people are that fortunate.
