A short recovery 3 miles turned into 9.2 miles (just over 15kms) this morning. The legs felt surprisingly springy despite my total lack of rest this whole week! I have barely stayed off them for 3-4 hours at a stretch and that includes sleep time. I will make it up to them - promise!
