Thank you!

Mornings like this, one feels glad to be alive. I was completely aware of the surroundings - I waved hi to everyone I came across and even smiled at every motorist. Theres just something about days like this, especially a Monday, where one can find solace within and raise ones spirit. From the moment the shoes were laced up, I knew my legs were going to cooperate with me. I ran one of my most memorable runs - one where everything just fit into its place.

16.25 easy miles in 2:08 minutes. I didnt feel a thing - I dont know where the time went.

Wherever you are, I hope you find a little sunshine in your spirit somewhere. God bless!
