Woke up to very sore quads this morning. No matter how much I try, or how few days I spend in India, I lose weight which makes me feel weaker. I weighed in at 5lbs less than when I left 2 weeks ago.
The soreness dissipated within 10 minutes, which is always a good thing.
330 hot and humid sprints on the stairs this morning 70 minutes
4.2 (the 0.2 being very very important :-)) 30 minutes.
No swim.
