I've had 2 magical runs these past few days. I always said there are no coincidences :-).

Logged in exactly 34 kms yesterday morning. Ran all the way to Changi beach and back. This morning was 420 stair repeats which normally takes 85 minutes but took 70 minutes. Swam 32 laps to finish. Just over a mile in 21 minutes.
