If I could have fit in a swim, this morning would've been perfect!
300 stair sprints 60minutes (skipped 3 stairs at a time)
6.2 miles (10k) 50 minutes - slightly better than couple of days ago, but I still walked half a mile home and ran out of steam the last 10 or so minutes.
The reason I want to get this right is because I want to train my legs to turnover faster when fatigued. This is my first week attempting this workout with this weight. If I cant keep it up then I guess I will have to gain another couple of pounds to see if my body is stronger.
