The temperature according to my watch read 40 degrees in the staircase this morning - and I ended up sprinting 300 laps which took 53 minutes. Needless to say I was dripping with sweat by the end of it. My muscles were nice and warm when I attempted to run a fast 10k after that - I ended up running 5kms before bagging it and walking half of the way back home - too hot!!
I will attempt this again tomorrow - hopefully not walking any of it. Still happy though - it was hard!

6 miles @ 60 minutes (I want to do a 40-42 10k tomorrow - we shall see)
