I need to learn not to push myself as much. This whole lets-cut-mileage- thing is making me feel very angsty.
On the other hand, I feel like a lean mean machine - my body fat is as low as I feel comfortable with. I wish I could run my race tomorrow so I dont have to feel pressure to maintain this lean-ness for another 26 days!
Anyway!
6 miles to loosen up
1 mile broken up into strides - 22 60 meter sprints
100 stair sprints
50 laps in the pool (2 miles)
