Cross-training

Today was a tri-workout of sorts.

Started off the morning with 200 stair repeats.
Followed by a 3.5 mile sprint.
Followed by 16 laps in the pool.

Feel very refreshed after it. I was slow to start this morning though - I think the no-rest is catching up with me. I might take tomorrow morning off and run in the pm. I dont think I have the mental focus to do another morning workout.

Its Chinese New Year in my part of the world at the moment. So there will be a lot of revelry and celebrating for the next 4 days!
