An easy 10.5 miles at a ridiculously early hour. The weather is just perfect this morning. I think I havent been fueling properly - I ran out of steam at the end of it and this rarely happens.
Ate lots of sushi and ummm....something else thats not quite as healthy :-)
10 sets of 10 push-ups. I am not quite sure how it is helping but they have become much easier.
No miles this pm. I am not pushing it since I want to run 12 tomorrow morning and the amount I have been eating doesnt justify such big mileage this week. I want to cut back on miles for this cycle of training and see where the scale takes me. Watching weight is so tiresome!!
