Thank you for a beautiful morning!

15 sweatless miles this am - another run finished before 6:15am. My fastest mile was a touch under 7min and the slowest was 8:30min.

Running is something that comes very naturally. It suits my mental constitution. I like monotony and I like pressure. Running asks you everyday "are you going to be strong or are you going to wimp out". Not every run is an easy run. However, every run, in my mind, is a successful run. Some days, 3 miles are a struggle and other times, 22 milers are a piece of cake. The key is to never give up - and run on a consistent basis. I run everyday - for my sanity.

15 sets of 10 push-ups. These are almost fun nowadays. *Almost*
